[E-Type] Which rear brakes do fit an S1 E-Type?

Hi,

I was told today that the brakes from an XJ6 S1 would fit
my E-Type, its just the handbrake lever which does not fit
and needs fiddling / modifications.

Can someone tell me,

a) which rear brakes DO FIT, and

b) what is needed to make them fit ?

I have a Volvo brake upgrade on the front end, so a slight
upgrade on the rear end would be ok I think, a downgrade of
course rather not…

Thanks !
