[E-Type] windscreen water sprayer removal

Any one advise me the easiest method of removing the two chrome
windscreen washer /sprayer units from ,my 1966 s1 4.2 OTS.

I have the screen and dash top off but cannot seem to get near the
underneath of these fittings. ???

Find a kid with small hands ;). The originals were held on
with wingnuts so you can do all the unscrewing from the top.
Replace them with new ones from SNG. Those are machined from
solid brass and nicely plated. You’ll never have to replace
them again.–

John,

On my car (lhd) I was able to get my fingers on the driver’s
side nozzle via the access hole behind the instrument panel.
For the passenger’s side, I had to disconnect the wiper
mechanism to get enough room for my hand.–

Thanks Jim and Jack for your assistance.

I engaged the services of my 10 year old grandson who had them both
off in 10 minutes.
I will order the new ones as you suggested and I supopose more
pocket money for fitting them.
