Is the windshield for the series I OTS the same as the one for the
Series II OTS? The seal kits and such seem to be the same so I am
thinking they must be interchangable?–

ASAIK yes! That part of the body did not change so a SI OTS
and a SII OTS should have the same windshield and SI FHC and
SII FHC should have also the same windshield (but of course
different than an OTS.) Only the SI 2+2 had a different
windshield to all the other models and a SIII OTS has also
it’s own windshield that no other models share. The SII and
SIII 2+2 windshield again is the same on those two models.
The chromework for the windshield was different on the early
3.8L OTS’s, but that should only be esthetic, the same seals
and glass should work.
I hope I got it right! 
(Let me count, there are five
different E-type windshields, three body styles, and three
generations…)
