Engine progressively approaching an overheat condition within a 50 mile drive

Before I rip the cooling system apart and replace the hoses and radiator, this data makes me want to look carefully at the sender and gauge.

I checked my Series II sender and gauge using the procedure outlined in the below attachment. It was worth it for the peace of mind of knowing what the gauge is actually reporting.
