Finally joining the fun! Loaded in a covered trailer and headed south

Here is a discussion about various E-type distributors. So far I have decided to stay with the original 41207A since it seems to have one of the more aggressive curves and I do think my car runs well with it. I might be “missing the boat” though. One day I might decide to get some springs to play around with or to rebuild my rough 41060A and see how it does or go with the 123 programmable distributor that many folks here seem to really like. Also the discussion about locking open (or removing) the secondary butterflies which really helped the throttle response with my car. I mostly lost my 3 SU envy after doing this especially given the cost.
