Fitting LHD headlights to a RHD X308 XJR

Hi,
I am looking to register my RHD 2002 X308 XJR in Spain, I am hoping to buy some second hand LHD headlight units, will these plug straight in ? and is there more than one type of headlight on the X308, as in, am I good to fit headlights from any year or X308 model variant, or is it more specific.?

AFAIK and I’m 100% certain the 308 units are interchangeable, they just pull out and plug back into the ball joints. Do this carefully on a warm day, (kits are available to replace brocken cups).
I think Maximus has a write up in the Archives titled “Let there be light”.

Hi.

If you haven’t found any yet I have 2 light LHD units forsale. Just the outer unit from the L and R side.

Very good condition. Only been on a car a couple of years
