Rear Brake Backing Plates Identification

I have recovered two different styles of rear brake backing plates from the storage unit.

One style has a slotted hole in the bracket for the parking brake cable and very simple stop for the fixed end of the brake shoes, the other has a cable hole with no slot and an elaborate, bolt on shoe adjuster.

Which style originated where?

The two at the top of the picture look right to me.
Here is an axle out of a '53 120.

I’ve never seen the one with the offset dish.

2HA or ENV? I have a 2HA axle. No reason I should have ENV parts, but stranger things have happened.

A couple more pics of the 4HA.

Here is a 2HA.

The ENV plate has 6 bolt holes.
