Front Crank seal Spacer V12

Dont know if it would be better to ask here or in the V12 forum. I am replacing my front crank seal. I got the seal w a lower gasket set. But as you can see in picture. There is a wear groove. Ive heard it may be poss to just reverse the sleeve. Any issue with doing so ? I see there is a slight difference in the bevel on the front however the the dampner cone just butts up to it.
Look like one of the usuals seal the pair but special order and prob weeks away.

On 6 cylinders, Id just flip it around: not sure if that’s an option on the 12.

You could also install a SpeediSleeve.
