Frozen door hinge pivot bolt XK120

I can’t be the first to run into this little hurdle can I ? I am cutting into the door cowl area to replace the inner sill and the lower structure of the inner brace for the hinge and trying to remove the pivot bolts so the pieces will separate . It looks like a shouldered bolt that has frozen to the hinge arm and that re applying heat will eventually free the bolt from the arm or am I missing something? Kevin

Yes, its a shoulder bolt. Heat and penetrating oil might work.
I had to spread the hinge boxes apart a bit and get in there with a saw blade to cut the bolts top and bottom, 8 cuts is a lot of cutting, worth buying a saber saw.
You are about the 20th person to run into this hurdle.
Plenty in the archives about 120 door hinges and various ways to restore them, usually welding a bushing on the top and bottom of the hinge box.

Thanks . Got it apart.
