Fuel purge solenoid

the fuel purge solinoid has packed up on my s type 3lt V6 2000, part number xr81358, this part now seems to be obsolete has any one found a sutable replacement ? i could get a second hand one off ebay but that has already been done by a previous owner so would like to fit a new part
