Fuses for radio and aerial

It’s quite a complicated scheme, that I also haven’t yet fully understood…
First, there are two fuses involved, one on the drivers side panel and one on the passengers side.
If one of the two is blown weird things happen with the puddle lights.

Then it’s the drivers door switch…
In my car, that I’ve added a delay relay that is de-energized when the ignition is on, if I open the driver’s door the driver’s door light will turn on even when the relay is de-energized.
When the driver’s door opens and the relay is energized, ignition off, all lights will turn on.
When you turn on the interior switch all but the driver’s door light will turn on, regardless of the relay’s state… the interior switch and all other doors switches don’t go through the delay relay…
Same when any but the drivers door opens.

Are you confused enough or should I go on ?

Best,
Aristides

Thanks for the “help”. Although in this as in other stuff, I do quite well on my own!!!

One of those things where I think I’m about to get it, then realize I don’t!!

I did get two things.

  1. Two fuses are involved and the location.
2 The lams can all be lit at one time by closing the ground leg.

This gets my thanks sans tongue in cheek!

Regards…

On later models there were only one fuse, Carl - but the set-up was otherwise the same…
