I was a list admin for a Ford Expedition mailing list with over 1000
subscribers for 4 years. List management in of itself isn’t hard (its
basically little more than getting the “bounce” messages and taking
appropriate action (delete email address, etc)) where things get tough are
when a list admin has to step in to get discussions back “on track”.
