HARD START issues

My 1994 4.0 convertible runs perfectly, but once warm, if I turn the engine off it takes 3 or 4 attempts to get it to start. Once running there is no problem.Any ideas, Thanks… Terry S.

if your check valves in the fuel system are no longer holding pressure in the injector rail, when hot it is hard to start. turn the key to ON but not start listen for the fuel pump to run about four seconds, then when it stops turn to start and see if it starts. when it is real hot out side I charge the rail twice before I go to START.
