Help please on removing centre console trim on 1967 S type

Help please. How do I remove the centre consul trim over the gearbox tunnel on a 1967 S type?
I’ve found the two screws at the rear between the seats.
I’ve found the 4 nuts on studs at the wooden piece at dash shelf level where the heater is controlled but it still is anchored at the front. Clearly I’m missing something???

Thanks. So if I read that correctly the shelf is one piece with with the tranny cover trim. Is that correct?

I’d have to go out and double check, its been about 2 years since I removed mine to cut a hole for the gear lever. Its midnight here so in the morning.
