How does the floor insulation and carpet mount exactly?

Ok so when I got my 93 xjs the carpets and insulation were all out. I kinda figured out how everything goes, however my front carpet and insulation just slides around. I have one partial turnbuckle on the passenger side, and that would explain how the carpet gets mounted, and I know there are holes in the insulation, and the seat module covers. I looked on sng at the carpet section and they show the turnbuckles, but they also show eyelet and buckle stud. How exactly do the pieces layer and attach correctly?

Anyone have an idea how they go?

Mine are fitted by velcro. From factory

I didn’t get to post it yet, but my insulation is apparently held to the floor by metal tabs, which I don’t have, and my carpet is help on with turnbuckles attached to the seat module controller, which I had to order an off color set of. There may be some Velcro too, but I didn’t see it yet
