How much work to put in a XJS HE engine in the S3?

[v12-engine] Pre HE to HE engine swap

Hi guys Rather than rebuild my tired Pre HE, I’ve been looking at swapping for a HE. This is in a S3 etype, don’t worry I’ll keep the original engine. My question is, will the Pre HE bell housing and manual gearbox mount up to the back of the HE block? It’s fuel injected, any problems with connecting up the wiring to my S3 non injected etype harness.
