New owner of '95 XJS conv. Is there a single fuse or relay that would control all dash warning lights from coming on? Don’t have electrical dwg yet. Thought someone might help. Thanks JC
Not certain, but I sort of remember there is a fuse called instrument illumination.
It’s been a few years since I sold my 94s.
I have a knee bolster where I think that has a fuse diagram.
Will check now.
I was able to find the left side knee bolster.
The #18 fuse is called “locate illumination” 7.5A.
Don’t ask me why they used such a stupid designation.

Well, I found the fuse, but it was good. Your fuse was 7.5. Mine is labelled as a 10, so,of course it had a 15 in it!!! Thanks for the effort! JC
well, after cleaning the fuse tips, I now have my wqarning lights back and operating. Thanks Guys JC

You should consider cleaning the rest of your fuses the same way as a preventative way to avoid future problems. Get a beverge of your choice, put on some music and clean all the fuses. You should also check to make sure they are the correct amperage and change out any that aren’t correct.
