Very difficult to see in daylight.
Is there a question in there somewhere?
What can you do to improve this?I’m talking about even the turn signals.This is my first Jag as of Christmas Eve 2020.

Do search here and you will find numerous posts on replacing bulbs with leds. It would also help if you introduce yourself, and give the year and model of your XJS, as it makes a difference.

#1 silly question: is the dash dimmer off?

I put leds on 3 of my dash lights… Each indicator arrow and the Hi-Lo beam indicator… Not expensive… Easy but to get them pushed in i sanded the end of the LED a little and put a little dilectric lube on them …then they would go in
The dimmer does not have an effect on the turn signals.
