Is my V12 distributor advance working? (video)

I broke the vent nipple while changing old vacuum hoses so I’m replacing the cap. I got some advice on checking the distributor advance - it moves a bit and snaps back, but I’m wondering if someone can confirm that it’s moving as it should.

It‘s moving as it should, vacuum advance next as per Frank. The centrifugal part looks fine.
