Is this an XK hood frame?

Amongst a job lot of parts I acquired a while back for my 120 FHC restoration was this hood frame. Does anybody recognise it?

Several of the parts have turned out to be from a 140 OTS so could this be from the same? I’ve also found a few parts not XK at all so could be the case here?

Look like early MGB "pack away " frame to me

Thanks Jim, that would make sense. i didn’t;t think i’d seen XK frames joined in the middle.
