IS0 exhaust manifold to header nuts

Like the title says, without going into the why, one of the long header nuts is frozen on the bolt and I need a replacement.

I saw an old article on the issue, but thought I’d ask if anyone has a suggestion for a cross referenced/easy solution to find a replacement option.

Have you tried the usuals? SNG Barrett, Jaguardaimler spares?
