Jack stand placement 2001 XJ

Hi guys/ladys a little help here Please…
I need to jack up and safely place jack stands under car. I found a few diagrams but they don’t seem to match my car.
i did try the using Square Factory Jack point, but it seems to flex when i put weight on them. Doesn’t seem Strong enough.
So My question is Is there a diagram that is for my 2001 XJ8 ?
I took some pictures of what looks like good places for jack-stands …If Anyone knows if that is ok or Not…

I put my 96 VDP on stands, all 4 corners, for 6 months a year as it is my Florida car to save the tires from flat spotting. There are 4 longitudinal square “frame” stringers under mine. 2 near the outside edges and the other 2 about 1 inches inboard of the outer 2. I jack on center of the the outer rail and when high enough put the 2 stands at the ends of the rail. Repeat on other side.
