XJ-S Workshop Seminars Organised by the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust
At Jaguar Cars Ltd, Browns Lane, Coventry, 21st & 22nd September 2002
To coincide with the addition of the Jaguar XJ-S to the range of
models covered by the Jaguar Classic parts operation, the Jaguar
Daimler Heritage Trust in conjunction with Jaguar Cars is organising
a seminar and workshop for owners, prospective owners and enthusiasts
of the Jaguar XJ-S.
The programme has been developed at the request of a number of Jaguar
enthusiasts and is designed to give an insight into the servicing and
restoration of the XJ-S.
There will be two identical one-day seminars held in the Jaguar
Museum at Browns Lane on Saturday and Sunday 21st and 22nd September
2002. The presentations / instructions will be given by Jaguar
employees, all of whom were involved in either the development,
building, or dealer service training for the Jaguar XJ-S.

John Maries, Executive Director Jaguar Daimler Heritage Ltd,
commented that “.whilst we always advocate Jaguar owners going to
the Jaguar dealer network for their parts and servicing, there are an
increasing number of XJ-S owners who wish to carry out their own
servicing and restoration, and it is for this group of Jaguar
enthusiasts that we are staging these seminars.”
The cost of each one day seminar is GB35.00 which will include
coffee, buffet lunch and tea. A CD-ROM of the XJ-S service manual and
parts list is also included within this cost.
Applications to attend either the Saturday or Sunday seminar should
be sent, either by post to Jo-anne Bingham at JDHT Ltd, Browns Lane,
Coventry, CV5 9DR (tel 02476 203322), or by email to
jbingha1@jaguar.com
Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
