Looking for spare key for the XK 120. Blank says 62 DJ. Can’t seem to fine this key everywhere I’ve looked. British key I guess.
You’re looking for a key code number, usually stamped on the ignition switch, like FA or FP or FNR with 3 numerals.
If you want the trunk lock key code, you have to take the lock handle out to see it.
Triple-C Motor Accessories can cut one from the code.
Thanks Rob; I have the trunk lock key but can’t find a supplier for the ig switch key. No other numbers, just 62 DJ. Found similar keys but not the DJ. I can copy the blank if I can get one.
Thanks Rob. Here’s the ig key code. Where can I get a key for this?[quote=“Ron_Brazell, post:1, topic:433674, full:true”]

Yep, give that FNR11 code to Triple C and they can make them for you; they have FNR blanks in stock.
Otherwise try your local locksmith or hardware store and see if they have an equivalent to 62DJ which is probably a generic blank.
I once got one for my Mark V from Home Depot.
As well as Triple C, you may also want to try Triumph Roadster Factory. I’ve bought keys from both. They have many original cut keys, though a bit hard to get to on their website.
There is a genuine Wilmot Breeden FNR 11 stamped round head key on offer on the UK ebay site. Postage is rather eye watering though. Genuine FNR Wilmot Breeden keys are tough to find.
hope this helps Harold Lang
