Hi Jag Lovers -
On the samples I have, this appears to be piece of Chrome Mylar ‘U’ section
approx. 12" in length.
I am in Australia but if ANYBODY knows of source for this I would love to hear.

it use to be a piece you could buy from the xk parts suppliers also moulded rubber top and plastic base

I think that’s the earlier version (maybe 150) when they used the same arm rest as the Packard.

Phil, yes this is a late 150 door pull, it sure looks like what David is after, will wait for a reply.

The armrests I have are from a S1 E Type (I was told) although I am putting them on a 150.
If you had 2 of those parts the problem would be solved.
Please let me know what costs are involved - maybe another one will turn up.
The trims that I have are a chrome finish U section plastic.
I get a message :
