[Lumps!] I want to lump my lump even further! TWR look a like

Hi everyone, it’s Pat here from Melbourne, Australia.Just
wanted to introduce myself and also ask a question that I’ve
been entertaining for a while now. My daily driver it’s a
1977 XJS, it runs thanks to a 350 /700 combination and I
neeed to hear from people who have installed a TWR kit to
their cars, how hard is it?, what are the issues that I
should be aware of? Is there anyone from this side of the
globe that can supply this kit? ok I know thelast one is a
long shot but like they say if you don’t ask you don’t get.
I’m getting sick of looking at my tired bumper bars, the
rest of the car is in good shape and since I will be
painting the whole car over the coming month I decided it’s
time to look into installing this TWR kit,any help would be
most appreciated.

regards, Pat

In reply to a message from Bantuta sent Tue 16 Nov 2004:

try Alex Copland, Classic Spares, Christchurch NZ, phone +64 3379
8445. I think he may have the correct body parts and sets of both
TWR and Borbett wheels.
