Thanks for the clarification Chuck and Jeb. Are the world record holding P-51’s of today
still using the Merlin?

Mandatory Jag content: PA state inspection passed today. I have driven my Jaguar today
for the first time over a distance, following one year of ownership. I now know why this

Chuck and John,
The P-51 did have the Alison engine first, then the
Rolls-Royce Merlin engine. I asked my father in law, he flew them…
