Mark 10 parts manual?

I found two online sources for the parts manual for the Mark 10 3.8 (free download) but both of them are missing pages - specifically the pages related to the fuel system (pp. 266 - 278) which I currently have an interest in. Anyone has a link to a complete, unmolested parts manual?
