Another DHC restored with the chrome hood hinge arms on upside down and on the wrong sides.

Some people just don’t have a clue. Once saw a three year restoration Packard from the thirties. Bonded leather straps on the trunk.
Looks perfectly useable to me.
OK… one can swap sides.

They sure look weird with the hood down! 
But very very easy to correct, just swap them.
Me & a friend of mine saw a ”top restoration” Lamborghini Espada in an auction. The logos were upside down on both sides. We were very tempted to ask the ”experts” if they can read?

This is what happens if you put the Landau bars on the correct sides but upside down or 180 degrees off.
