Mark VII Door Latch

This is a picture of the LR door latch from my Mark V.

I am in search of the press-formed lever part circled in green for my RF door. The bent tab portion circled in red is not used on the front so is not important.

Does anyone have a photo of a latch from a Mark VII/VIII/IX, and is it the same or close enough?

Or can anyone post a photo of a Mark VII/VIII/IX LF or LR door latch at this angle.

Attached from my MK IX

Ok thanks Pat. The front looks different. The rear looks like it might be the same hole pattern, but what is the little sliding slot thing above? Is that a child proof lock?

Yes. It’s a child proof lock. Pretty advanced for 1960. What model is your picture from? The front door is definitely different than mine.

Mine is a Mark V. I’m researching whether Mark VII latch parts can be used in a Mark V.

I can be useful, having some loose doors and door parts

instruct me what you want

Thanks much.
I need a lever part, circled here in red.

There are left and right hands, and I think on Mark VII it would be the left rear door. Possibly also the same or similar on Mark VIII and IX.
It may look more like this.

I will attempt to photograph and/or remove a LH rear, if I can

This probably cannot happen within the next 7 days, as I will be away, and its not at my home

Ok great, thanks much.
