i am about to start on restoring a 1960 mark9 and was wondering if anyone can point me towards
a parts list with pictures as I need to sort through a mountain of parts

I’d probably start with one of the CD-ROM’s of the parts An did service manuals, though I don’t believe it will have everything you need, it’s likely to have quite a bit.
Heaven help you if you are missing stuff though.

SNG Barrrat used to, and probably still does have, excellent detailed drawings of most parts available for sale, that appear very much like original Factory Parts Manual diagrams.
