MK IV DHC - front windscreen

Regarding the front windscreen I have 3 questions :

1. is there a foam/suede buffer glued on the window frame? (picture)
2. the window rubber is triangular with a strait upstanding side and a slope side, witch side is on the outside of the car?
3. how do you fix the the window? by loosen the two screws on top op right hand side of the frame?

The parts catalogue indicates there is an inner rubber, outer sorbo foam and 2 other pieces.

I imagine my '38 is the same.
