Mk IV torque settings

I am going to take off parts visible in the engine bay for restoration and cleaning (one part at a time). Some of the nuts need replacing like the domed nuts on the engine block head. Does anyone have a list of torque settings for the 1 1/2 litre 1948 please? Thanks

Big ends 450
Cyl Head 1100
Main Bearings 1000
