Trying to determine how many mkvii saloons were painted in Twilight blue metallic. As mine has the original colour underneath. And if a rare colour I would respray it back to original one day. 1952 RHD mkvii
I have not seen any numbers for Mark VII published, but with XK120 there were 84 cars painted in Twilight Blue metallic according to Anders Clausager at JDHT. You might try writing to him.
We have discussed that color on the XK forum. Someone had their car restored in it. All the metallics were discontinued in late 1952.
