MK2 "Arctic Kar" A/C refrigerant hose routing

I am installing an original “Arctic Kar” brand A/C into a 1964 MK2 3.4. The compressor is mounted on the left side of the engine yet the refrigerant connections exit the evaporator on the right side. The unit is mounted in the trunk. Could anyone provide details of the refrigerant line routing and dryer location. Thanks. Bob

I believe George camp has all that info. He has something similar in his MkX.

Peter. Thank you for that information. I have looked over the JCNA A/C guide and the period drawings are not detailed but I have concluded that the refrigerant lines should exit the evaporator on the left. It will be an easy fix as the child is being replaced anyway.

Fine. Glad you’re sorted out.
