Mk2 saloon what oil for a PL rear end

Does the Power Lock (LSD) differential take a different oil to the normal EP80-90? and am I correct in seeing EP80-90 for an all synchro four speed manual overdrive gearbox?

You can either use a specific oil for a P/L or buy the additive.
I use Carlube/Castrol/Mobil LS80w90 rather than the Red Line stuff in the diff. However when it comes to the gearbox you will find Red Line MT90 is superb for the Jaguar all synchro box

My manual specifies EP90.
