[modern] Fw: removing spark plugs on a 86xj12vdp

Gentlemen,
I have a 91 xj6 and the spark plugs are in direct contrast to my recent
aquisition of a 86 xj12 vdp in pristine condition with only 62k miles on it
.How does one remove the plugs. Is it necessary to take the fuel rail off
etc. to access them.Your suggestions would be appreciated.

Gentlemen,
I am relatively new to the Jaguar fold (2yr) .I have a 91 XJ6 & a 86XJ12
VDP. and have a pretty good mechanical aptitude. However,my question is "How
the blazes does one get at the spark plugs on the XJ12."It would appear that
some of the ‘stuff’ on top of the engine has to come off to get access .Your
advice would be appreciated.
This is my second posting ,I hope this go through O.K.
Thanking you in anticipation,>>Frank "Trevor"Basten ,91XJ6,–.86XJ12VDP–89Marquis-94 Tuarus(The wifes)
