Hi everyone,
I am planning to replace the transmission front, rear seals and
filter/gasket this weekend because my front seal leaks. From the
picture, there is an O-ring in the transmission. Since I need to drop
the transmission should I replace this O-ring as well? I forgot to
order this part. Or should I think “well, if it’s not leaking there
just leave it”?
I happened to buy 2 rear seals by accident. One is OEM and the other is
aftermarket. However, the aftermarket one looks better, but that’s just
my opinion. I’m not sure which one to use. The OEM sounds better
though. The front seal is OEM. Maybe I should use the OEM rear seal one?–
