[modern] XJS a/c condensation plugged up

Does anyone know an easy way to unclog the A/C drains on a '93 XJS? I’m
assuming that’s why I’ve just got wet carpets on the passenger’s side.
Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff,
I like a shop vac.

You likely have drains on each side, and can pull off the hoses
and poke something down the tube that goes under the car,
but don’t pole anything hard up into the system…something
softish and flexible is likely ok, but suck any crap out
with a shop van.

On the XJ6 cars, there is also the air intake drain
under the wiper motor (duck bill) that plugs up.
This gives you wet feet when it rains, while the ac condensate
drains give you wet feet with the ac on.

An even better way to clean the system is to remove the knee
bolsters and then remove the rubber duct and access the drain area
for a through cleaning of things…

Check the Ecu,s in the dash, the water tends to pour into
them and the radio with bad results…
