Look what Santa Claus left under our Christmas tree for my 1990 V12 Vanden Plas, a new indoor Union Jack Car cover. It is the medium sized one from Welsh Enterprises in Ohio, USA. It just barely fits, maybe it will stretch a little in use?

Merry Christmas, Paul,
I bought one of these the winter before last. It, too, was a really tight fit, and did not stretch. In my unheated garage the cover absorbed moisture when the humidity rose with the weather we had, and I wound up taking it off and giving it away to a friend who has a (much smaller) MGTD.
Nice enough cover, though!
Striking for sure. I’ve been aware of the moisture issues with covers.
And, do I suspect it is/was of Asian origin?
Seems that two things are possible there.
A. Saves on material.
B. Things are smaller.
I have found that some pants I have bought that were of Asian origin, are my size numericaly, but just too tight in the crotch area. the distance between the in seam and the belt line.

.
Carl, either the pants are getting smaller, or we are getting larger. Let’s go with “the pants are getting smaller.” I’m ok with that.
Dave:
Whichever, it is what it is. So, I just compensate.
Got out a pair of flannel lined pants. It is cold and the wind is up just a bit. BRRRR
Coco and I just got back in to the warm house. Glad I had my warm pants on.
Snoozed til 6 !!! An extra hour. Warm bed felst good. Extra blanket added!!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL
Carl
