I have noticed the last couple of days that when I shift into drive, the “D” doesn’t light up right away and I have shifted over to “4” once to make d light up. Does it sound like the shifter cable to you, and how hard is it to adjust?
Remove console veneer and there will be 2 ‘jam-nuts’ on the selector lever cable.
I think they are 22mm (15/16") to move the cable fore/aft.
