Ongoing no start

Well, you could say there are two circuits within a relay, the trigger circuit that causes the relay contacts to close, and the power circuit that is completed when the relay is triggered. The trigger circuit will provide that satisfying click when working correctly, but the power circuit must be good to realize total satisfaction. I say reflow those solder joints on the circuit board beneath the relay!

Also I had a problem with my window relays on the ‘40, they ohmed out ok but the points were not clean enough to actually pass any significant current. I would give the contacts a tickle up with some fine emery.
