Output shaft bearings

I presume you have the version with tapered bearings.
Did you install a new crash sleeve and seal?
As Frank said, the preload is determined by the amount of torque needed to turn the shaft.

No it’s not, the seal should be flash with the housing.

Output seals installed ! Found a big fat washer, filled it to the correct diameter, put it in the vice and it worked. [DSC_0125] [DSC_0126] Complete with the protective shield installed. [DSC_0127]
