My passenger seat belt will not come out, please help!

Has something prevented if from fully retracting? It can be something as simple as a wrinkle or twist of the belt getting jammed in the holster. Make sure the buckle end is fully retracting, then it should extend.

I’v had that happen on my ‘40 I needed up removing the ‘B’ pillar cover and had to undo the belt fixing, this allowed the belt mechanism to free up, it just got confused.
