Any idea who the manufacturer is?

No, I’ve looked and I’m sure I have the receipt somewhere in the huge stack of receipts but I can’t locate it. I do remember ordering the heavy duty ones and them not being the cheap 17 dollar ones. I’ll post a receipt if I find it.
