Plastic chain tensioners on a 2006 engine?

I’m looking at one and wonder if that problem was fixed by 2006? Thanks

I believe the problem was fixed in 02 when the engine went from 4 to 4.2 liters.

The later 4.0 engines had the updated tensioners as well as ALL 4.2 liter engines V8.
