Quick question if I may – what are the internal / external dimensions of the PAS hoses (low pressure, supply and return)? Those on our car are looking a little worse for wear, and likely cause of the slight leak between reservoir and pump. I wish to buy replacement hose before removing those already fitted. (Mk2 1966, Hobourn Eaton pump, standard reservoir.)
I’ll have a measure up tomorrow.
Got mine from Pirtek.
They used the existing fittings and made me a pressure hose for about 35 quid

The return hose is 1/2 inch bore and 3/4inch o/d.
Written on it is; Pirtek 100R6-08. WP28 bar EN854.
The supply is a size larger at 5/8inch bore and 1 inch o/d.

I did the same for our XJ6. Pirtek outlet in Sydney, cut my fittings, sleeved and silver soldered to new swage couplings, new hose and Bob’s your uncle. One hour turnaround. Paul.
