There may have been some variation

But the main ones I’ve seen are just a rod with a tube each
end, Formed as one piece but easily fabricated
There is a pin in the centre of the rubber which is threaded
for mounting.

We use local Ford Falcon shocker rubbers. They have a flange
which is easily cut off

It’s a trick to install them I find it easiest to drill the
end of the pin for ,say, 1/4’’ Whit thread .
Then we turn up a bullet shaped guide to insert into this
thread, This will lead the pin into the rubber without so
easily] pushing the rubber out of the tube.

You will need rubber grease [ or KY jell if so inclined: >)
We put them in the vice to push them in and it becomes a
trial and error job. Pushing the pin into the rubber at the
same time as the rubber is being pushed into the tube.

The rear are hardest to get at. YOU’ll possibly have to remove
the backing plates or at least hopefullly have access to a 4
post hoist

The MK IV chassis is not really suitd to a 2 post hoist.

I certainly would not use urethane on these [ or wishbones on
Jaguars .–
