[racing] GTJ 25 cam help

I’m rebuilding my engine after years with the GTJ 25 help. I have
the instructions, but really can’t understand them! Anyone have
experience with their setting and could talk with me or write out
clear instructions.

I had Lou put a set in my XJ6 years ago, at his shop. The
installation is the same as standard, although he used new
springs.
Only the the profile is different.
Am I missing something?
