I’ve mentioned it many times liquid dish soap is your friend it will make the hoses slide all over. Personally I wouldn’t use anti freeze it makes a mess and shouldn’t be on your hands if you value your longevity ,rubber gloves will just complicate things
When taking hoses off work some dish soap into the connection with a hooked tool give them a twist and off they come
The dish soap disappears
